Breed a Light Monster and a Tyrannoking Monster until you get a Succuba Monster.
The mest efficient method of breeding a Succuba Monster is to breed a Light Monster and a Tyrannoking Monster together. But remember if you don't get the Succuba Monster the first time, don't be discouraged, you well get lucky soon enough.
